25% fewer school-leavers are registered to vote than 3 years ago.

In the recent West Midlands Mayor election, the turnout was around 1 in 4 voters apart from in Sutton Coldfield where 1 in 3 people voted.

If even as many people had voted across the West Midlands as in Sutton Coldfield, in the same proportions, then Labour would have won by 4,000 votes instead of losing by 4,000.

The result should reflect the will of the people, not the fact that Tories are less apathetic.
