What we’ve been doing this summer:
launch of Keep the Post Public @ Tettenhall Post Office, organised by Wolverhampton Communication Workers Union
14 attended our anti-bnp organising workshop this month(see separate report).
This followed the superb result in our anti-bnp by-election campaign this summer in Bilston N which involved 24 volunteers.
The fascists recorded their lowest ever vote in the borough and lost almost 80% of the votes that they’d received 2 months earlier.
We also run a stall at Phoenix festival and took part in the anti-EDL demo in Dudley.
£300 TUC Development grant has been received for our May Day work
