Palestine Solidarity has called a national demo
SATURDAY MAY 15TH – THE WALL MUST FALL!
Anti-racism rally – 21st May 2004 -the Annual Conference of Trades Union Councils will take place on 22-23 May 2004 (do you want to attend as a visitor?)
at the Council House, Birmingham. On the eve of the Conference, Birmingham Trades Union Council will be hosting a rally against racism and fascism.
The rally will take place at 7.30pm on Friday 21 May, at the Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham.
Speakers: Unison President Dave Anderson, Cheryl Garvey from the Birmingham Race Action Partnership and Dr Mohammad Naseem, Chair of the Birmingham Central Mosque.
Trades union councils are encouraged to publicise this event and to send delegations. Delegates are encouraged to bring their trades union councils’ banners to the rally.
