Are you interested in finding out more about Parliament; what it is and what it does and the difference between Parliament and Government?

Are you interested in finding out how you can engage with and influence Parliament to get your voice heard or develop a campaigning ‘toolkit’?

If so then this interactive workshop is for you. It is delivered by Parliament’s Community Outreach and Engagement service which is non-partisan.

 

Engagement with Parliament Workshop

The workshop will equip you with the skills and knowledge to engage with Parliament. You will discover how Parliament is relevant to your work and how you can get involved.

The workshop will cover:

  • The difference between Parliament and Government
  • Parliament’s role
  • How to build effective relationships with MPs and Members of the Lords
  • Which engagement method to use as part of a campaign

Following this event you will be more able to campaign at a national level and find information.

Who should attend? Anyone who wants to make changes and influence at a national level.
