Martin Lewis literally got on his soapbox on TV recently to highlight the aggressive collection of council tax arrears and the impact that this has on people and families. His concerns were discussed at the last Trades Union Council meeting where delegates confirmed his conclusions and expressed considerable concern about the policy and practices of Wolverhampton City Council.
