Friday 18th February – Regional TUC Day of Action on Pensions.

The AGM of Wolverhampton Cuba Solidarity Campaign will be on Wed 24th February at 7pm to 8pm at the Hollybush Inn, Penn Road, followed by a public meeting with Zelmys Dominguez Cortina, Political Counsellor at the Cuban Embassy. This will be an important meeting therefore and urge you to attend and try to persuade others.

Banner Theatre’s Migrant Voices explores the real-life experiences of asylum seekers and refugees in twenty-first century Britain. Based on interviews with Iraqi Kurdish asylum seekers, the show combines live music, drama and video to challenge some of the media myths about asylum seekers and refugees. It also looks at the reasons why people are forced to flee their homes and families to become asylum seekers and refugees. Wednesday 23rd March – PCS could be joined by Amicus, TGWU, FBU & UNISON in a mass strike over pensions.

Sat. 16th April 11am Hopwood Service Station Junction 2 M42, motor cavalcade protest against CaterPiller’s supply of vehicles used by Israel to demolish Palestinian homes.
