Book Review:
“Took time with a beer to read your publication When WORKERS ruled Wolverhampton and Bilston – The General Strike of 1926, front to back. If anything backs up the Communist Manifesto opening “the history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles” this does, congratulations. It gave me a clear example from history of decisions leading to action as to how we win in daily struggle. I would’ve got my highlighter out but I’d have ended up highlighting most of the text.” Keith Pearsall.
National museums, libraries, archives, community groups, and individuals across the UK are marking the centenary of the 1926 General Strike.
